01

Gratitude & Self – Awareness

Gratitude is an immensely powerful force that you canuse to incrase your happiness, relationships, and productivity, and even to improve your health.

I am grateful for…: List or brainstorm all of the things and people for which you are grateful. Here is your apportunity to recognize all of those wonderful things, it doesn’t matter how small or large it is, everything is worth being grateful for – from the hot cup of coffee you had in the morning, to the compliment you received at work, to the special person you want to spend the
rest of your life with.

What am I passionate about? If you’ve spent months, or even years, feeling stuck and aimless, then these questions are critical for you. How you answer them will help you discover what you want from life. You need to find what you’re passionate about and what makes you excited to
get out of bed every day.

02

Daily Rituals

This page is your oportunity to think about all the skills you want to learn and habits you want to adopt this year.

Skills to Learn & Habits to Adopt: These could include
ìLearn to crochet», îmake a budget», ìwake up at 5AM every dayîor just about anything else you can imagine.

Achieving your goals is not the result of a one-off transformation; rather, it is the product of daily habits and skills.

My Affrmations: Positive affrmations are short, declarative sentences
in present with a decidedly optimistic tone. Studies have found that regularly
using positive affrmations rewires your brain. You ́ll be able to overcome
any challenge, meet your profesional deadlines and enjoy more peace
and prosperity. Your more positive mindset will help you to attain your goals.

03

Set up the vision board

My Vision Board: The magic is in getting really clear about what you want from life and the steps you need to take to get there. Subconsciously, that vision board is still in the back of your mind.

Cut out images and words from magazines, use doodles or simply write down some thoughts about where you want to go in life.

There aren’t any rules, so let your imagination run wild. You can refer back to it throughout the year to gain new motivation and see how far you’ve come.

04

Goal-Setting

The goal-setting pages are where you start to get more specific about what you want to achieve over the next year.

My Goals: You have two pages that are divided into several sections. If you feel like you’re always setting goals and never achieving them, then it’s time to work on your skills with the S.M.A.R.T technique.

Here’s a breakdown:

Because these goals are specific, they ́re measurable. The best goals also are achievable. A relevant goal is one that adds meaning and purpose to your life. It gives you direction and fires your passion.

05

Focus

The next pages give you the opportunity to further narrow your focus to five core goals for the year. Large or small, these are the aims that will guide much of your efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

My Focus: People often overestimate what they can accomplish in a year.
Having clear priorities and focusing on them is the key to success.

Choose ONLY your 5 most important goals for this year,
and stick to them.

06

Mind map

Don¥t let big goals intimidate you. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps – a mind map is a great way to do this. If you haven’t tried mind mapping before, here’s your chance. Think of it as an opportunity to brainstorm a little more about
how you’ll achieve your goals.

07

Monthly page

Twelve two-page layouts for each month come next.
Remember, the planner is undated, so it’s up to you to fill in the months and dates. Additional features on this page help you to plan your month.

Plan: Use this space to record items like Habits to Adopt, Skills to Learn, Things to Avoid, Places to Go and People to See.

Monthly Calendar: Use this space for recording an overview of how the month is likely to go. Vacations, birthdays and holidays can all go here. Noting special events helps you plan for anything you may need to get done in the lead up to any event.

This Month’s Goals: Set the most important goals for the month.

This Month’s Wins: This is a fantastic exercise for bringing continuity to your self-improvement efforts. Youll have a chance to reflect on what’s working and what’s not so that next month will be even better.

08

Weekly page

Each weekly layout features one page where you can log specific events for each day. The second page has spaces for the priorities and goals of the week as well as miscellaneous notes. Youll also have room for tracking habits and a to-do list.

Using the weekly layout is crucial for keeping yourself focused, organized
and on-track. It provides space not only for recording what you did or
what you have scheduled for each day, but also a separate page for all
sorts of extras, like your main goal and priorities for the week, as well as
a personal to-do-list.

What a wonderful way to keep yourself progressing toward
your goals and truly appreciating all that you accomplished!

ìI make my dreams my reality and
I will trumph over all challengesî
